A 10% USD down payment is required on the day of sale with the balance due at closing. The sale of the subject properties is not contingent upon the Buyer's ability to obtain financing. Title to the property will be conveyed by a Warranty Deed. Title Insurance will be issued showing marketable title. Cost of title insurance will be divided equally between Buyer and Seller.
